Legal Authority:
You must be an adult, at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase services and by accepting these TOS as a Customer Account holder, you confirm you are an adult, at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Responsibility:
The Customer is responsible for keeping a copy of their most current website files as backup on a remote system. NeuroAdvanced, LLC is not responsible for any lost files, information, or data. You are additionally responsible for your sites and all sites that you host to be in accordance with all policies. Misuse by you may result in actions on your account, including removal from the host without a refund.
Hosting Fees Term Length:
Hosting fees are available in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual terms. The hosting term selected by the Customer is NOT automatically renewed unless specified during signup.
Domain Purchases & Renewals Term Lengths:
The domain renewals are available in one and two year terms. The domain renewal term selected by the Customer is NOT automatically renewed unless specified during signup.
Refunds & Disputes:
All services rendered by NeuroAdvanced, LLC are non-refundable. This includes,
but not limited to: setup fees, onetime fees, monthly service fees, upgrade fees, additional service
fees, and late fees. Customers seeking to resolve billing errors are instructed to contact the Company
Administrator: admin@neuroa.com
Laws:
Customer agrees to abide by all local, state, and federal laws pursuant to services delivered in
Beach Park, Illinois in the United States of America. NeuroAdvanced, LLC will cooperate fully with all law enforcement agencies as required by law.
Limitation of Liability:
NeuroAdvanced, LLC shall not be liable to the Customer for harm caused by or
related to Customers services or inability to utilize the services unless caused by gross negligence or
willful misconduct.
