NeuroAdvanced, LLC is concerned with the security of any and all data we have or may collect. We have
in place reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to any information contained on our
servers or services.
We utilize GeoTrust High-Grade 128Bit SSL Certificates for any online payments, our billing control panel
and our hosting control panel to protect the transmission of sensitive data.
We utilize firewall software to help stop and filter any malicious traffic. In addition, keeping up to date on
software, applications, and any security related updates are a priority to us. By constantly updating our
services and systems we ensure optimum protection and reliability for our Customers.
We monitor and address any new or emerging threats and act quickly to apply new security patches or
upgrades. This includes threats that may be found in web-oriented applications and activities.
We also utilize real-time anti-virus software to help safeguard our servers and services from malicious
threats and infections from any actions including downloading or uploading of files, or communications
such as e-mail. The anti-virus definitions are updated several times a day, and full system scans are done
monthly.
E-mail is protected by the same anti-virus software and any incoming and outgoing mail is scanned to stop
any known threats from reaching a Customer or someone a Customer is trying to reach.
In addition to anti-virus protection for e-mail, we also utilize Spamassassin to combat general e-mail spam, email threats, malicious email, and email that may possibly be a scam. Updates on mail filters are checked every 24 hours and applied automatically if a new update is available. While stopping all e-mail spam is not foolproof, it is 98% effective in stopping most if not all spam.
