Payments:
All payments are due prior to the respective billing anniversary date. The anniversary date is determined by the billing option you choose at the time of ordering. Your billing anniversary date also applies to any additional items or services ordered after the initial activation of you account. For payment, we accept Google Checkout and PayPal. Local Customers also have the option of paying by Check, Cash or Money Order.

Domain renewals are due on or before the billing anniversary date. If payment is not received on or before the billing anniversary date, the domain name will lapse. Grace periods do not apply.

Invoices are done via e-mail for Internet Customers and through postal mail for local Customers. All credit cards are billed automatically on the respective billing anniversary date. PayPal non-subscription payments must be paid manually prior to the respective billing anniversary date.

Setup fees, when applicable, are non-refundable. You are obligated to pay for your account even if you do not use it.

All Customers can use https://secure.neuroadvanced.com/ce to submit payments, using their account name and account password if paying by Google Checkout or PayPal.

Late Payments:
Any account whose payment status is not current as of the respective billing anniversary date is deemed late. Customers are given a seven (7) day grace period after which the account is put on suspension. If payment is not received by the next billing anniversary date, the account will be terminated. All files and information will be deleted for privacy and security reasons. Reactivation of suspended accounts due to delinquency incur a $10.00 reactivation fee as well as payment in full of the balance due.

To Cancel Your Account:
Any request for cancellation must be received via written cancellation or email cancellation at support@neuroadvanced.com. Email cancellations will be directed to a form you can use to verify ownership of the account, and to cancel your account. You will receive a confirmation prior to the actual cancellation of your account. After you have confirmed ownership, the account in question will be cancelled and removed. We require a seven (7) day cancellation notification.

If you have a past-due balance on your account at the time the account is closed (either by your request or due to non-payment), the remaining balance must be paid within seven (7) days of when the account is closed.

Cancellations submitted via Postal Mail must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the listed renewal date. All such requests should include a complete list of services to be cancelled. Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days to receive confirmation of your account cancellation.
